Masterplan and Concept

Avida Land Corp. brings you South Park District—its first large scale, mixed-use, masterplanned development featuring residential and retail areas anchored on a central park.

The Central Park
At 6.6 hectares, South Park District fulfills that need to have wide open spaces where one can sit back, stroll around and relish nature. Its main feature is the three-part central park, almost a hectare in size. Fronting National Road is the Plaza, an ideal venue for weekend markets and community events. Across the residential towers is the more private residential park, and at the center of it is the Grand Lawn, a sunken garden lined with shrubbery and canopy trees to go with that laid-back, Southern lifestyle.

South Park Corporate Center
On top of the mall is South Park Corporate Center, which will serve as an office to cater to the booming BPO industry. Also, a transport terminal will service commuters to the development.

Residential – Avida Towers Altura
Rising first is Avida Towers Altura, a residential condominium development fronting National Road. ‘Altura’ is named after a high grade coffee bean that recalls the history of the site as a former coffee factory. It features playful amenities, and has been designed to provide natural lighting and ventilation in its units and hallways. It is a walk from everything South Park District has to offer.


Location and Accessibility
The development is less than a kilometer away from the South Luzon Expressway. It is situated on the quieter side of Muntinlupa, with views of Laguna de Bay. Nearby establishments include Alabang Town Center, Asian Hospital and Medical Center, De La Salle Santiago Zobel School and San Beda College Alabang. South Park District is also your gateway to Laguna and Cavite.

He took his primary and secondary education at Ateneo de Manila and Colegio San Agustin, respectively.
