There’s such a buzz over the awesome lifestyle of those from the south — but what does make it so awesome?

Thanks to the planned Skyway extension and other government infrastructure projects like the highly anticipated Intermodal Transport System (ITS), the south will soon become much more accessible to businesses and establishments in the National Capital Region. (Yay!)

More Space, Less Pollution

While the City is known for belch the highest levels of Air Pollution in the country due to it’s highly populated area, the South was strategically planned to be the perfect balance between nature and city; work and family — ideal for young families to enjoy!

 

Pedestrian Friendly

With wider roads, and proximities of homes to business parks, malls, hospitals, and schools closer to each other, residences are encouraged to walk than drive distances. Convenient, huh?
