As an accredited broker of Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land Corp, and Avida Land Corp, I, Mike A. Tan, created this site to provide prospective investors eyeing an Ayala Land development with some basic information on existing and upcoming projects.

Being an independent broker, I can help investors not just in BUYING units directly from the developer’s inventories but in RE-SELLING and even LEASING of units as well.
